IPCoIS merupakan forum akademik dan pusat kajian internasional di bawah naungan Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Aji Muhammad Idris Kalimantan Timur (UINSI Kaltim). Didirikan sebagai wadah kolaborasi ilmiah lintas negara, IPCIS berkomitmen untuk memperkuat integrasi Islam, ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi, dan peradaban global, dengan menjadikan Kalimantan Timur sebagai episentrum pengembangan ilmu dan budaya Islam di kawasan Nusantara dan dunia.
